The modern Boardinghouse offers six different categories, specially designed for business travelers and holidaymakers looking to relax in a comfortable atmosphere. You decide whether you want to relax by yourself or would prefer to visit the cozy cellar lounge „Il Grande“. Rooms with or without kitchen can be booked as needed. The rooms are furnished with great attention to detail – you will find a comfortable atmosphere in an exclusive ambience.
In your room, you will find all the beautiful and useful things that will make your stay as pleasant as possible. Kitchens are equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a water cooker and a microwave. The exquisite bathroom furnishings and exclusive hotel cosmetics ensure a relaxed ambience. We offer free wifi so you can read your e-mails and stay connected. We thought of everything, and if something should be missing then just ask us. We are here for you.
A total of 15 different rooms are available. Outside the reception hours, you can check-in at the Key box, which is available 24 hours a day.

All our apartments and suites from the „Standard Plus“ category have a small kitchen (fully equipped with refrigerator, cooking plates, water cooker and a microwave). The „Standard“ apartments have a small fridge, but no cooking plates.

Apartment Standard (single bed)
Make yourself comfortable in our modern and top equipped rooms between 16 and 20 square meters. All rooms in this category include:
Mini-fridge (no kitchen), Nespresso machine, water cooker, writing desk with desk light, WLAN or LAN, flat screen satellite TV, radio and safe. Modern bathrooms with rain shower, cosmetic mirror and hotel cosmetics.
Apartment Standard Plus (single bed)
The room sizes are slightly larger between 18 and 20square meters with a small pantry kitchen with cooking utilities and microwave. The rest of the accommodation is equivalent to the apartment standard.
Apartment Standard Plus Twin Room (double bed)
Nice corner room, about 22square meters with large double bed, pantry kitchen etc. The rest of the accommodation is equivalent to standard and standard plus (partly with small balcony).
Apartment Superior Twin Room (double bed)
Generous apartment, min. 35 square meters large with separated bedroom (large double bed) and big bathroom, separate WC. Pantry kitchen, nice seating with large flat screen TV. Simply a bit more spacious and individually designed. Exclusive hotel cosmetics, bath slippers etc. Let yourself be surprised!
Junior Suite
This category is located in the tastefully designed top floor. Individually furnished, between 37 and 40 square meters. Some with sloping ceilings and either with a nice seat or separate kitchen with seat. Large double bed, individual showers (partly extra large), exclusive hotel cosmetics and bath slippers. Simply an exclusive ambience and not to forget the great view over Bühl in the famous black forest (Schwarzwald). Here you can enjoy yourself!
Penthouse Studio
If you are interested in something a little fancier, the penthouse studio with its approximately 61 square meters is our best piece in the house. The generous individual apartment has a large double bed, a comfortable seating corner, writing desk, big kitchen corner, great bathroom with exclusive equipment, hotel cosmetics, soft slippers and a separate toilet. A spacious balcony with outdoor seats invites you to enjoy the weather outside. Great views included!!!
